I have been beat by these cops in MPLS more than once and NO I am not a gang banger I just spoke to them the wrong way and got fucken beat. I would get into details but this isnt about me. I am sure there are more on GLP that have been as well for nothing more then a cop with an attitude cause his dick wont stand up.

That's true. I've been thinking about it since I last posted and it's essentially him writing a formal letter to the police saying "I'm going to fucking kill you with a gun in your mouth, pig" only since he's an illiterate he had it drawn with a (not-so) pretty picture instead.

You can think it, like wanting to punch someone in the face. But once you voice intent it's a real threat and you are liable to face charges.

This isn't like the rap "Cop killer", he had a specific name and badge number so he had a specific target in mind.
