You guys are idiots if you think the Freedoms we have in America allow you to do whatever you want. Do you accept the fact you can't yell FIRE in a public place? Do you accept the fact it is illegal to deny a person a job just because of his handicap?

The point here is the mans tattoo can be considered a threat. It is illegal to go around threatening harm to a person, whether by an email, a phone call, a sigh or yes a tattoo. If you don't like the law, become a politician and change it, or at least post reasons why you don't agree with the law.
