Oooh, so one person makes a poor choice in their decision for a tattoo (that's my OPINION), and not only is he jailed, but that decision is supported here because some are a bit uncomfortable that those with whom they disagree have a touch more gusto in exercising their freedoms of expression.

Then, I read here the calls for even removing his tattoo with a scalpel since this is such an obvious threat, or in the least he is promoting propaganda.

Where has all of this outrage been focused up to this point? Where was this outrage when DHS OPENLY classifies many honorable Americans as terrorists (thereby laying the groundwork for future arrest/ imprisonment/ etc. which would constitute an open and direct threat to these citizen's freedom) via their propaganda?

Just for reference; a few of the classifications that were applied, the printing was conducted, and the fliers disseminated through various tangible and electronic means:

Quotes the Bible
Quotes The Constitution of The United States (with specific focus on the BoR)
Flies various flags (all of which have a defined place in American History)
Stores food
Collects/ stores weapons & ammunition
Association with other "Right-Wing" groups or associations
etc
etc
etc

If this attacking (much less the actual arresting and imprisonment) of this guy is justified because his "propaganda" states some elusive threat that, or that it may even be "scary" to some - then please tell me why this same outrage has not been focused on DHS for their propaganda which openly threatens American's citiens? Other than a bit of mewling on the Internet - you've accepted it, and have accepted the new modus operandi of the current US Administration - "We'll tell you what to think, whom to fear, what to accept, and that it is acceptable to begin rounding people up because of what they 'might' do.

Have we become just too stupid to recognize that the acceptance of the otherwise unfounded singling out, arrest, and imprisonment of the citizenry begins by labeling "undesireables", then slowly adjusting the meaning of "undesireable" until there's no one left to mewl on our behalf?
