Now that we have established beyond a shadow of a doubt they are the same person, lets go through Revelation Chapter 13:

1 The dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. It had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. Bin Laden was supposedly buried at sea. Yet he rises again and lives on as Obama.

2 The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority. Bin Laden, as the leader of Al Qaeda, had great authority.

3 One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast. Bin Laden was supposedly shot in the head by Navy Seals. Yet he is healed continues on as Obama.

4 People worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast and asked, “Who is like the beast? Who can wage war against it?” 911 and Bin Laden successfully pushed the Afghan Northern Alliance almost completely of Afghanistan and assassinated their leader.

5 The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise its authority for forty-two months Bin Laden ran rampant through Afghanistan for almost 3 and half years, from 1998 (bombing in Kenya) to 2001. He declared blasphemies, In 1998 he declared his fatwa to kill every North American.

7-8 It was given power to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast—all whose names have not been written in the Lamb’s book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world. Of course, Bin Laden led the various citizens of the Islamic nations in his attacks. Furthermore, he was beloved and worshipped by most in the Muslim world, i.e., those whose names have not been written in the Lamb's book of life.

10-11 Whoever has ears, let them hear. “If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity they will go. If anyone is to be killed with the sword, with the sword they will be killed." You bet, lot of killing was about to go down.

NOW, onto the "Second Beast", namely Obama. It always was something to ponder why the Antichrist is two beasts, but once you understand that Bin Laden and Obama is the SAME PERSON, it becomes perfectly clear.

11 Then I saw a second beast, coming out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb, but it spoke like a dragon. Obama is good with the teleprompter.

12 It exercised all the authority of the first beast on its behalf, and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose fatal wound had been healed. Recall Obama's healed head scar. And his constant enabling and worshipping of Islam.

13 And it performed great signs, even causing fire to come down from heaven to the earth in full view of the people. The Norway Spiral occurred over Finland just when Obama was there to receive his well deserved Nobel Prize.

14 Because of the signs it was given power to perform on behalf of the first beast, it deceived the inhabitants of the earth. It ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived. Allegedly the US military took pictures/images and DNA samples of the deceased Bin Laden, and honored Bin Laden with a "proper" Muslim burial at sea. Of course, Bin Laden lived on as Obama.

15 The second beast was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed. Obama is the second beast alive again, and those who refused to worship the image, i.e., Seal Team 6, were liquidated in Afghanistan a short time later.

16-18 It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666. This is yet to come in the Second Term.

Uhmm No.. To sum it up quickly.. The Anti-Christ is people who do not know Christ/Christos.. YOU OP! And others just like you.. You don't even know who/what Christ is, try looking in the mirror and stop denying your true self.. YOU ARE THE CHRIST SPIRIT! Until you realize this, you are an ANTI-Christ Spirit.. Religion is the driving force of people such as you, you do not even know what you worship or why for that matter..

Or maybe "what" is the dragon? Could it be a movement more than an individual? The dragon seems to be bigger than the beast.

I thought Obama is the leopard on the Denver Airports murals that's going to be sacrificed in future.

Well China comes to mind right away. Was thinking through the links to Bin Laden. China supports Pakistan, Pakistan supports Taliban and Bin Laden/Obama. Or maybe in an NWO/Bildeberg sort of way, where China is the favorite child of the NWO. Just theories, nothing really clicks with that for me.

As someone else mentioned the dragon is Satan, which is the most widely held interpretation. But that still leaves open the question, how does Satan represent and manifest himself in the world?

Stop being such a Debbie Downer. If you actually cracked open a book or two (maybe something by Jung, Joseph Campbell, or Baudrillard), you might realize or entertain the possibility that symbolism is more vibrant and real than what you've been indoctrinated into thinking is all of reality.
