It seems people dig too deep, bringing numbers and all kinds of stuff into the mix. I believe in "keep it simple stupid". It's right in front of your face, there's really no need to dig for it. God wouldn't make it that complicated for believers to figure out.

Not too long ago I would agree (in fact lets say a week ago). In fact, I always found all the threads and other websites claiming Obama is the Anitchrist kind of amusing. And yes, according to scripture the Antichrist would probably be someone from the Middle East.

But in the last few days things have been falling into place, and its becoming clear to me, that Obama is the Antichrist. And trust me, Obama is setting things in place in the Middle East, for his triumphant return to Jerusalem.

And this begs the question. Why is the Antichrist 2 "different" people? Why in Revelation does clearly indicate that the Antichrist is two different beasts/person?

I think its because the Antichrist has to unify the world, as clearly delineated by Revelation. And a "single" Antichrist would not be able to do it, simply because everyone in the world is so different and identifies themselves with what they oppose.

But if you have some one, namely Osama/Obama, who apparently represents two oppposites (the "West" and Islam), then yes, that is how you unify the world into supporting one Antichrist.

Bottom line is this,if we believe we know God has revealed who the antichrist is to us,then we can't to try and stop it..just get out there,try to win souls for Christ and await His return.Now I believe the power of prayer can put things off for a bit,but with all this evil,I don't see how God can't slam down judgement. What are "they" gonna do? threaten us with God..lol...absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. :)
