I for one think that Texas should in fact secede... It would be a long hard struggle to get everything into place, but in the long run, it would save the people of Texas... We have seceded several times over the past few years, but only on certain things, certain articles, etc.... I really think the first thing that they would do, is secede from Obamacare... There will be many many jobs lost, companies closing etc...now that Oblabla has been illegally re-elected...Texas has always managed to stand on its own two feet. I truly believe that we could do it on our own. We already have our own military, that Oblabla administration has been trying to get shut down. In Secession our military would of course have to grow to protect us from tyranny from the Oblabla government, so we can protect our northern borders from the American Military. Oblabla hates Texas, so you watch, the government will come after Texas big time, in the very near future.

Texas did not hand over any of its lands when it became part of the UNION,but during the CIVIL WAR it went under Reconstruction...Also during the 1933 BR the then Gov cut a deal as all govs did under that BR so where does that leave Texas standing rights ta leave the union?

I don't think people in Texas would have a problem with it at all. Most people I know around here have been wanting secession long before Obama. Texas is one of the very few states that came be 100% self sustaining.
