Typical, dont let anyone see that Obama's government failed YET AGAIN! This really pisses me off. I'm tired of waiting, somebody push the damn button already! I dread next year's hurricane season. One of the most important aspects of conspiracy theories is being able to discern when there isn't one. Oh yeah, like you'd understand anyway. Where are we going and why am I in this handbasket?. . .J. Handy |

The FEMA website indicated on Monday that there had been a shelter for first responders, utility and construction workers to take a break, although the compound now contains a full-time shelter operated by the state Department of Human Services. OF COURSE NOT. |

Of course you're going to find people that are unhappy sleeping on a fucking cot. But all schools in NYC have heaters and they were turned on September 15th. If they're cold its because they are near a fucking door and people are going in and out to smoke. |

I wish somebody would send the memo to private contractors and big corporations that government 'help' is bad....because they LOVE IT...they spend BILLIONS lobbying government for subsidies, bailouts, the right to write the regulations and laws [which are designed to prevent abuse similar to what was rampant in the past] that control their industries, lucrative government contracts, etc., I'm no fan of a welfare state [although I do believe in a social safety net], but the people who whine the most about it are often silent about the biggest welfare momma's of all: corporations and insider private businesses. |

After everyone started complaining and they found out we were contacting the press, they brought people in. Every time we plugged in an iPhone or something, the cops would come and unplug them. Yet when they moved us in they laid out cable on the table and the electricians told us they were setting up charging stations. But suddenly there wasn’t enough power.” "There are known knowns.
