What does a 4.5 Hz pulse do? This is what we all got 12 hours ago

Well, oddly enough, i haven't slept well the past two nights for some reason. It was very strange because i wake up early and when i do i fall asleep very easily at night. However the past two nights i just can't get myself to sleep and once i finally do i wake up over and over & here i am hoping it doesn't happen again tonight.

I'm skeptical that things like haarp or whatever can cause this but just wanted to share since others have been experiencing something similar and well, i'm open minded about it...

Holy Shit. No joke. Woke up at like 3 AM EST, feeling like I was going to puke. Tossed and turned the rest of the night. Then there was an earthquake within a 100 mile radius today. Weird shit man.

...of well,i still got many healthy years...I'm the ambassador,and i have already asked the white house for one surrender already in a -return- email,6 hours before Jericho blasted through...our human experiments are closing and we have all the data we need...we are in the processing of waking the globe up...some are still very stubborn and hold on to the lies that they have been taught all their lives...we will continue to increase the frequencies to wake them up but a side effect will be climate aka storms and discomfort...just like a child who wont clean their room when asked,we take more measures to teach good behavior...

Humans can hear 20hz to 20khz. Headphones won't allow u 2 hear it. Most all speakerser cannot produce sound lower than 20hz because they go non linear and distort. Even the best subwoofers around today can't produce effective frequency replication below 20hz. Ur piezo elecric headphones can't even come close.

However 4.5hz can be experienced by making a biaural beat. The best way to have 4.5hz be effective is by radio and emf broadcast.
