So I was 19 years old, after high school the doctor recommended that I took minocycline (an antibiotic) to help clear my acne. My acne was never really bad but I was ignorant at the time and trusted my doctor that he actually was in the best interest of my health. I mean what the fuck, prescribe antibiotics for acne??? I just got off the antibiotics this past winter and I'm still dealing with the effects. Now i'm 21 and I've felt awful than ever. My body is just a mess. How should I go about getting better? Please enlighten me with some real advice because I can't take this any longer. I think I have a good idea of how to overcome this but I'm not sure it's working. It just sucks because I should be living life and enjoying the hell out of my college years but having braing fog ,depression, food allergies, and a lot of other bullshit I just can't get past this.. I'm starting the 5 tibetan rites and hopefully that will help get my chakras balanced out but who knows.

The advice others gave you about probiotics is a very good idea, but moreso than that, in order for probiotics to be effective, you need to cut all GMOs from your diet. Eat organic, grow your own food as much as possible. Even with limited space, you can still grow things like tomatoes and strawberries. Avoid all processed food, chemical additives, artificial anything, sugar, etc. Honey in moderation is good for you. Just keep in mind, candida/yeast feeds on sugar. When you start cutting sugar from your diet, the sugar cravings you'll experience are a result of the candida screaming out for sugar, so don't give in. Eat lot's of lightly cooked veggies at first, giving your system time to strengthen itself. Gradually include more and more raw fruits/veggies as your health improves. Start juicing. You can get decent juicers for a reasonable price on Amazon . com. Juicing fresh fruits/veggies gives you a huge vitamin/mineral boost, more than just eating a few peices of fruit. Also, it will give you the opportunity to eat more raw foods, because it breaks down the cell walls, making the nutrients more readily available for absorption to your body. For healthcare and proffessional advice, find a good naturopath, Chinese medicine practitioner, herbalist, or even some very advanced yoga instructors could help you. Traditional yoga teaches much more than just excercise and deep breathing. It also teaches how to lead a healthy lifestyle, through diet and other practices. You don't have to be vegetarian, but keep in mind that meat is acidic to our bodies. The best meats are free range organic or wild game, a sthese are the healthies animals. You are what you eat. Don't eat sick animals, or you'll be absorbing their diseases. Look up the yoga diet. It will also explain the doshas, so you can begin to understand your body type and personal needs.

Why is it wrong to legally purchase a book that you may want to read and educate yourself on? what is wrong with making money of a book you wrote if you spent all the time that no one else would take to research and put it all together? is it wrong to write a novel then make a movie and charge money for that entertainment?? If you don't want to buy a book you don't have to right? so why is it wrong to sell your work to a targeted market especially if it has excellent sources of truth? will only Morons be educated then? so then if all morons are self educated then what does that leave other people to be? Brain washed into thinking that making money is wrong??


If I see a book that draws my interest in a topic that I would like to know more of I would not demand that book for free...I would honor their services, pay their price, and carry no guilt for doing so........that is true freedom..if it makes you feel like a moron for buying a book then for goodness sake don't buy the book.....but calling others a moron makes you seem like a fool.

The DSM-V will be coming out next year and that is how they categorize people's mental health diagnoses. ICD-10 already came out this year (codes for insurance companies) There used to only be 4 personality disorders in the DSM-IV and it is widely known and PERPETUATED that there is no known cure for pd's onky slight treatment of the symptoms with meds. (they kinda still act like they believe you can cure things like generalized depression or anxiety disorder...silly dr's) anyway, there's something like 16-24 new personality disorders in this new book and looking through the list of symptoms for each one it's like everyone i've ever known that has any dissatisfaction in their lives! now, i do know a lot of weirdos HOWEVER look into it yourself. seriously, it's everyone you've ever met and probably you too. i believe they are going to use this new health care system, the DSM-V, sustainability, any coming natural disasters, and the coming 'shift' to implement this population control policy. look at the last few 'domestic terrorists'. they were NOT brown skinned like our usual targets, they were NOT uneducated or inherently stupid, they were NOT part of any hate organization (but they were considered to be 'mentally disturbed')....and i firmly believe they were all PLANTS. i'm not looking forward to the logistics of all this change just like anyone, but the shift is coming. connect the dots, it's that easy.
