armstrong is a clever man and famously called the 1987 market crash but his dates do not always line up with market turns ,tops or bottoms.

he had a big date in 2011 that did not coincide with an important market turn date.

there are a couple of other cycle analysts out there who do good work but i would not base investment decisions on their work.
