[link to youtu.be] Quoting: Anonymous Coward 20581494 [link to www.huffingtonpost.com] This is the page on her attorney's website: [link to www.stephengoldenlaw.com] The latest example of Wells Fargo thumbing its nose at the courts and using law enforcement to carry out its dirty work is the case of Niko Black, a 37-year-old Mescalero Apache woman, suffering from a rare and terminal form of cancer. According to the Orange County Weekly, on the morning of October 10, Orange County deputies broke down Niko Black’s door despite a court order taped to it forbidding them to do so, put a gun in her face and crumpled up the court order. They then carried her out of the home in her wheel chair and left her on the sidewalk while they locked up her home. The deputies locked her medication and medical equipment in the house as well, denying her access to it. Because I have a very aggressive form of cancer, every appointment, every day is crucial,” she says. “I’m a person with a lower immune system. That’s why all my nursing care, my physical therapy, my medical equipment, everything is set up for home care. This violates the Americans with Disabilities Act. The eviction according to the OC Weekly and the law offices of Stephen R. Golden and Associates, was in violation of a court order. I've rented my house to a stupid bitch like this before, I had to call the cops to evict her too. She moved in her cancer ridden mother to the house and disappeared. I am not a fucking homeless shelter. She refused to leave after not paying me for over 6 months. She also got a court order to literally steal my house away from me that I built with my two fucking hands. I finally won and got her kicked out to the curb. |

Youtube comment: "NoMorThanMost 1 week ago When I first heard her story I admit I was like most people. What THE FUCK is the bank thinking! But then I asked why would a major bank risk reputation, a law suit and bad media for 1 little house from a cripple lady. I knew there had to be more. I'd like to hear Well Fargo's side but their aren't saying anything so I started researching the crap out of her case. What I found so far is almost everything this woman has said is a lie and she has a history of suing companies. She's a con." Go figure, there's always another side to the story. |

I was starting to feel sympathy for her until I read this. Pay the bills or leave in a rental situation like this. Parasites who purposely try to get a free lunch can go fuck off. |

People give her the benefit of the doubt. Check into her lawyer's web page and her lawyer's response to Wells Fargo's side of the story. We'll see what happens come the court date on Nov. 13th as well. Either way this is an interesting case. |

It's a Wells Fargo plant. Exactly. I too have researched the shit out of her story to figure out if she is legit. She is, IMO so far from all the facts I combed through. With all the attention this has gotten we'll find out soon enough. |

Wells Fargo didn't break her door down. Wells Fargo didn't crumble up and throw away the judges decree. Wells Fargo didn't carry her outside and lock her medicine and medical supplies away from here. IT WAS THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT THAT PEOPLE SHOULD BE CONDEMNING. They are not employed by wells Fargo, they are employed on behalf of the people. |

Maybe you fools need to read up more on the case and LISTEN. A court order was violated when the evicted this woman. Period. THE JUDGE SAID DO NOT EVICT. They did anyway. They have to go to court now and explain WHY they violated the order. COme Nov.13th we will find out what is what. |
