No, but I see something so beautiful, it feels like creation, a new school, (though by now it may be fully going because that light took ages to reach us).

I see the so called black hole, center as a beautiful glowing star.

Also noteworthy : the collidung galaxy is estimated to be 300 million light years from Arp 188 and can be seen through foreground spiral arms at the upper right.

This means these two galaxies are directly aligned with earth relative to the galaxy center.

Tme manufacturing of this message is at leat 400 million years old which is interesting.

They believe all galaxies have black holes in the center, so that glowing star like center would be assumed to be a black hole, which according to Electric Universe theory doesn't exist.

I'm saying it sure looks like a giant star at the center, which would be an input/output system, stargate.

Ours would too, in our galaxy.
