I just had a doctor confirm this to me and my wife. Looks like we are going to have our child born at the house

Someone told me today that they are already putting RFID chips in the flu vaccine. That they are so tiny that they can be implanted that way. I kind of doubt it is true, but it wouldn't surprise me.

I have a few friends that have done home births. With midwives though. Maybe check into that so you have some assurance that there's a lot less that can go wrong? Its generally cheaper than a hospital stay even without insurance (so you wouldn't need to report antyhing, risk anything or answer questions) and you'd have someone there with knowledge of what's being done. I want to say that the last person I talked to about a home birth said the entire experience was about 2700 total.

You'll hear a lot of horror stories about home births, but most of them go just fine. Obviously a high risk mother needs more attention, but most normal births are just fine at home and a midwife can do everything except the surgical parts of birth (ie- c-section). I would have loved to do a home birth.. but it just didn't work out that way. I'll just be happy with two normal births free of meds and interventions. All of my friends who had home births are actually smiling in their pictures during labor and all had good experiences.

Its a huge fight the whole time anyway. May as well add another reason to the list of what ticks them off. Even if the story isn't true, just don't let your baby leave your side. If they do, the spouse needs to go with them if the mom cannot.

Just remember OP it was the NORM to have the child at home 100 or so years ago....
