This story has already been reported.
Happened two years ago.
Those who said "No" are no longer working for the government.
The one thing the story is good for is that it shows that "some" in the military leadership believe that that PM of inner Cabinet ALONE do not have the ability to take Israel to War. They believe it takes a vote of the ENTIRE Cabinet.
Israel, if it goes to War, one can then deduce, WILL be going to War with at least a majority of the FULL Cabinet (though that support may not be 100%)
