These "empty-suit" minorities in the republican party will not garner votes or respect from the changing demographic because people can see right through them.

First, the republicans need to confront the racism in their party (route the racism out) and then distance themselves from the far-right talking heads (Rush, Savage, Beck etc).

The talking heads have more power in the republican party than the politicians.
