From personal experience I had one like that given, it ended up being an unusual name that got a unique spelling on top of it they thought they had made it up. It was a nightmare, having to spell this out, already shy, only by your 30's do you adapt to it and no longer care.

Each of my children now have classic names, though I wish I could have named them something more "conventionally" creative now.

It always has consequences to the child to name him/her something terribly unique.

If you think of the child and imagine what he would like to put on his best selling novel, or resume, you be more child friendly in the name.

James, Janus, Matthew, Jacob, Jonas, Noah, Haley, Logan, Benjamin, are nice strong name.

Allen, Kye, Indigo. Raeburn. Remington. more unusual.

As to flowing a name like what you chose and middle it needs to go with your last name too.

Often a shorter first name flows with a 3 syllable middle, like Kye Benjamin. 2 syllables flow good with 2 often.
