175 pending MARIJUANA prosecutions in King County, Washington, DISMISSED after initiative passage!
King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg is dismissing all 175 pending misdemeanor marijuana cases because of Tuesday’s vote to decriminalize small amounts of pot.
The cases involved people 21 and older who were arrested and charged with possessing 1 ounce or less before Initiative 502 passed. I-502 makes 1 ounce of marijuana legal on Dec. 6, but Satterberg decided to apply I-502 retroactively.
“Although the effective date of I-502 is not until December 6, there is no point in continuing to seek criminal penalties for conduct that will be legal next month,” Satterberg said.

I'm shocked! A govt official using common sense!
Good on him
For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
