Total Eclipse of the Sun Australia, November 14, 2012

I just saw the eclipse. Shit just got cooler.

Its amazing watching everything go so dim on a bright sunny, cloudless day. Way cool!!

NASA did a great "cover up" but I got a cool screen shot of the second sun while Slooh.com was covering the event !!!

Its hard to describe what its like, but it was/is a beautiful sunny day here and then it got dark and weird feeling.

Very weird feeling. Is a bright sunny day here in the South and now its quite cool and dark.

No ring here, but everything has a yellow tinge.

some parts of the sky are so light blue its almost white, it is actually really bright where I am.

So we just went maximum, not totality but pretty darn close and the birds started tweeting again.

I didn't notice they had stopped until the peace was broken.

Off to the airport by the ocean - so no earthquakes for the next few hours please.....

My spidey sensors predict an all clear for the next few hours. After that its anyone's theory.

So where is the second SUN?

The light was noticeably dimmed from the sun this morning, while we had a partial Eclipse in an otherwise blue sky. Quite eerie.

would have been some show. i slept through it but i did have very vivid and huge range of dreams. can't remember the last time that happened. very much believe these kind of celestial events affect our physiology as well as the spirit.
