No, but you might. As an above poster pointed out, the pressure from the muscular walls of the vagina is so intense that it could prevent you from doing so.

Worst case scenario is the urine would go retrograde and be forced back down your urethra. This would be incredibly painful and could lead to rupturing and tearing of the urethra and bladder, as well as infection. At that point, the best you can hope for is spending the rest of your life incontinent and the worst that could happen would you'd die within a week from a bacterial infection.
