Jokes aside, this looks like a nice lady that was taken advantage of because her thinking wasn't: "This is a deal too good to be true", but rather: This is a deal too good to pass up".

She also thought she was buying something "hot"... and she was and got burned.

True story: I knew this fellow that bought a computer in a mall parking lot in Toronto for $200 (his whole paycheck at the time) and had me come over to help him "set it up" for him. Something didn't look right to me right away and I took the cover off the case and inside was nothing more than old books.
