FOREMOST: The number one problem with guys complaining like this is they are expecting women out of their leagues. If a woman isn't even talking to you, she prob thinks you are not a potential match. Don't be one of these bitter, angry 40yr-olds on this web site trashing women cause they were too stubborn to get this fact.
Also: Have you tried something online, when you can talk a while and give her a chance to know you?
Also: You and your age group may just be too young. Girls and guys are both dating around at that age.
