Or not going to such an extreme, he prefers his civilized persona to the beast that lurks within. I think I understand this guy. I just saw a duck with her ducklings on TV and it really made me feel warm. But when a tough guy looks at me with malice in his heart, I immediately think about how badly I will hurt him if he acts on his feeling. I feel as if I am both the sanest and craziest person on the planet as the same time.
