What are the checks and balances with these terro... foreign and domestic security agencies?

I tend to agree with my (now-deceased) grandmother. She was a spy for the brits back in WW2, good friends with Nixon in her later years, and a reporter with the AP.

She was convinced, to the day she died, that the CIA is who actually runs the show here. So, if she was right, then I would say the CIA can take down whoever they please, and if the FBI "took them down", it was because it was planned that way.

How unfortunate for some rulers when men,women,and children continue to think... Keep repeating the lies loud enough and long enough and just maybe the people will start to believe the lies again and good luck with that...finding your energy open until mars becomes raging aries...

I've always wondered about the rumours about the two alphabet agencies being at war with each other.
There must be some infighting between the two, but I wonder at what level..like is it insignificant or extreme?

I thought that when CIA went domestic after 911 it pissed FBI off. FBI is domestic and CIA is SUPPOSED to b Foreign.
