I have to agree with a few others here. It is normal for people in high positions to resign after an election. Others could be resigning based on their own personal views on Obama's reelection and what this might mean to their field. True, some may "know something".

However, you'll know it's time to run when the power goes out across America after they pull an EMP false flag and blame it on terrorists or the sun. This is when they will head to the bunkers. This will happen 18-24 hours MAX before SH'sTF.

I don't know about the non-political people mentioned in that list but I think Clinton and Petreus are resigning because of Benghazi.

Petraeus was disgusted by what the Obama administration did in Libya to the SEALs and CIA personnel. He probably back talked the president and was told to stay in line or be black mailed with the affair(s). He chose to go out and admit to them himself.

The rest, well, they all realize that with Obama in power the global economy is going to get ripped even further apart. They don't want to preside over their respective organizations during this extremely stressful time. I am sure most of them are also getting into a position in their lives where they can bug out to their safety areas.

Anyone who understands how the global economy works knows that it has all been hanging by a thread (or a FED?) anyways. And with Obama back in power that thread is VERY weak (even and now especially with liquidity pumping.) They all know that at some point soon, if we can resolve this fiscal cliff problem, it will be necessary to raise interest rates from the zero policy point and that when they do... well, God have mercy, cause the US dollar certainly won't.

'Course, there are also a few other major problems that need to be dealt with as well, but they can't deal with them without pumping more liquidity (which is WRONG), and to do that you have to continue to have a vote of confidence in the US dollar. We have already seen, as soon as Obama was reelected, that the world gave us a taste of their confidence in the US dollar under his presidency.

The future is going to be wonderfully fun! If you like being unemployed, on food stamps and government housing, and having to sell your body to make enough money to survive on your own. And doing all of that until the system collapses in a great reset anyways.

Like every other soul he has been working towards this time in his life, to achieve the main objective of his soul plan. He will soon be set up and able to go ahead with changes that he knows are necessary to take humankind forward. We have been in constant touch with him and he has been frequently briefed as to what his role is. Several legal actions are about to be taken that will see the real start of the removal of the top members of the Illuminati. That will effectively remove the last vestiges of power that they hold, and put paid to their last hopes of holding on. It will then allow a more general clear out of the dark Ones at the lower levels.

Although it is earth facing, this doesn't look like a big deal. It will give us some great auroras, but probably not where we can see them in lower 48. I think the big one is waiting until 12/21/2012. When everything lines up and pulls the sun toward us, we may see a big energy transfer, probably as a massive CME.
