There is another thread with a Secession Petition link on it. It has now been tweeted, so look for this to grow, Texas Louisiana, and Missouri all have petitions out there right now to secede!!!

Texas Petition to Withdraw from the union, you can either look for this thread or the Missouri thread... but the Texas Petition will take you to the same place, that is where I saw the one for Louisiana and the one for Missouri. There is also a Missouri thread on this sight too.

Texas does in fact have its own Texas National Guard. I'm sure they would be converted in the Texas Republic Military.

Yes Texans have an issue with the illegal immigrants, but only because we as a state are not allowed to properly police our own borders, as that responsibility is suppose to fall upon the federal government. Some job they're doing right?...

Lets not forget there is a huge river that separates Texas and Mexico.. With today's technology and willingness to become our own free nation it does not seem like an issue at all to protect our border.

Create a buffer zone along the border, anyone caught in the zone will be detained, and/or deported.

It must hurt to know that texas will be a blue state in 2016!
