I low carb and eat them, I've sprouted them but you can use them in multiple ways including substituting them for egg whites. I think this thread is going to inspire me to buy some more, thanks!  Thank's! I don't try them but i will! I've made sort of a mock jelly out of them by mixing them with squished strawberries, a bit of water, and sweetener. Let me know if you like them, I just ordered a pound off Amazon because I don't know if I still have any...I'll have to look. Of course, you can always do this with them...  Yes i will try it! I will tell you and i will grow it too! Okay, let me know...I may dig around and see if I have any left to eat today, our kitchen has been in a constant state of limbo so I have stuff stored in another room. I know a lot of people tend to mix them in with protein shakes/milkshakes, I would sometimes use it as a topping for yogurt :)
