but you eat the seeds or only the whater resulting from the seeds soaked?

You eat the seeds, soaked or not. I looked but can't find any here, I must have thrown them out as they were old but my new order should arrive Tuesday. $12.33 for a pound inc. shipping on Amazon Prime!
