They are delicious and very versatile. I prefer the Nutiva certified organic brand which I buy in bulk thru Amazon. I add them to my water, soups etc. They can be used to replace oil or eggs in many recipes.

Another favorite is to blend 2 tblsp of hemp seed in 8 oz of water then add 2 tblsp of chia, sharke really hard and refrigerate. You'll receive all the health/nutrition benefits of both these amazing seeds. If you haven't checked out hemp seeds, you should :)
