I think I may have said this before, but I have my daughters asking for chia pudding that I make. I just take some chia gel (chia already soaked in water), sprinkle with a bit more seeds and add raw milk. Let it soak for about 15 minutes, add a bit of sweetener and cocoa powder. They love it!
