A town nearby is doing a huge donation event for Hurricane Sandy Victims
It's called "Fill a Rig" - they have an 18 wheeler and they are trying to get enough donations to fill it - food, clothing, diapers, toilet paper - anything. So, I'm packing up the car with what we have - canned goods, clothing that doesn't fit or we dont wear, etc. and am bringing my kids with me to drop it off. I try to have them participate in stuff like this when I do it because I think it's important for kids to learn to help out.
