Things here in the North have NEVER been quieter! But as in 2006, it can escalate VERY quickly.

I doubt that the Israelis have any new tactics to deal with Hizbollah. They failed to stop 6000 rockets in 2006. Those 6000 rockets killed only 50 people, 45 of them Israeli Arabs! So even if Hizbollah expends all its 100,000 rockets , 'only' 800 Israelis will die.

One things for sure: the Israelis will never send land troops in to Lebanon again, unless less by a Messianic leader!
