During WW2 the US manufactured 1.2 billion rifle bullets for the Allies. At the end of the war, there were still over 300 million rounds left that got dumped into the ocean. The military does not use billions and billions of bullets as you claim. They do use a lot, but based off of what was used during the first six months of the Iraq war of 2003, the military would not use more than 600 million rounds of military ball for the entire Iraqi war! That is based off of military resources. You'll have to forgive the little guy. He's citing an article by sissy ass limp wrist's who wrote it during Bush's tenure.
