This is a way to give taxpayers money to these people, your money....they would be sheep led to the slaughter if they ever took arms against the populace of America. They'd get thumped, their vehicles stolen and not to mention these kids never worked a hard day in their lives...first time they got hungry, or wasn't getting a clear cell signal, they would cry to mommy. They will be setting in those vehicles tax payers money bought, texting...
