ok time to fess up now,this is my task.
it is a warning to all mankind when the event comes.
let me explain it to you.

what it really implies is connected to the bible as well,yes iodine is the 9th element on the table of elements and here is more. in the story joseph went to egypt with his wife and two sons,ok?
ok then, the rest of jerusalem went to egypt as well.they totaled 206 men women children,how many bones in your body!
but every man in the bible lived less and less years than their fathers,obviously showing something ,it is representing radioactive decay
the breakdown of nuclear event that polluts your body,the bones were representing where the radioactive decay goes and is stored.
iodine is what prevents the radiation from being stored in your bones.

thus the answer is iodine to save yourselves from radiation sickness.
still with me? ok good. the rest of the story is telling us we are going to be covered in fallout that will set in our bones and kill us.

This was one of those moments when reading everything suddenly fell into place...It explains the dreams so many are having...Remember this will not be the first time the middle east had a nuclear war...go back in time...before jesus...before the flood...there are many areas that are blackened (sand) w/glass that are thousands of years old
