I have worked out most of my adult life and the cutting out salt showed results. Period. I have no reason to lie to you. Cutting back on excess salt caused you to lose water weight, not fat cells. There's no mystery there. It's not real or permanent. You were just taking in too much salt. But you cannot eliminate it and live. |

Tried it on homemade popcorn the other night and it was good! Mix it with garlic powder or flakes for your "garlic salt" taste. Or, Mrs. Dash is made from a combination of herbs, and often used as a salt substitute. A.Vogel makes a similar product. |
