I guess I mean EXCESS salt. Cutting down to one salty/sweet meal a day? Use garlic powder? Still need salt though.I have had absolutely NO sugar in the past 3 days. Feel amazing. Easy to kick too.

You will die if you keep restricting your salt. Your body needs MORE salt!...but ONLY natural Sea Salt! Many athletes...including high school have been dropping-dead because they don't have enough salt in their system to replace the salt the sweat-out. You can't just drink water...sooner or later you will totally "flush-out" your body of the minerals you need(like salt) and you will have a heart-attack, if not die altogether! Here watch this MD that has written several books. One is "Dead Doctors Don't Lie!" and another is "Atheletes Don't Live Long" Here's a some links to get familiar. Salt is extremely important to your health...even the ancients knew this!

OFF topic but wow, You know what? I had a band when I was a youngster and we didn't have any more cassettes to tape and THAT DAY a cassette came in the mail...It was called "DEAD DOCTORS DON'T LIE". We taped over it and made a song with that same title. Until now, I haven't heard anyone say anything about it besides the people I know from those days.

I didn't say "no salt". Definitely done with junk food with too much salt.

The preservatives in those foods ARE salt...just like they used to make food "keep" in the old days. Too much is my point. Sorry if it was too vague.
