Quit sugar three days ago and lost another inch. Cardio and weights included, but still. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 26980506 Probably the cardio and weights more than anything else. What if I just cut out salt and sugar but didn't exercise? I don't know? I have worked out most of my adult life and the cutting out salt showed results. Period. I have no reason to lie to you.
