What good did that do? It seems that every person there was part of a problem. Is it amazing that they ended up with a problem or that the police let them fight?

If you're going to be a vigilante, you can't work inside the law. That's just asking for people to think they can act tough, like the aggressors in the video.

It does illustrate something interesting however. The ability for some people to not understand what they just saw. One man easily takes out another in a fight, and a smaller, third man, thinking that he's the equal of the first, not able to understand that his own lack of size and prowess will work against him.

Phoenix Jones is the only one in Seattle trying to clean up the streets. The Seattle Police Department is plagued with police brutality and racism. Wasington State has a mutual combat law basically two consenting adults can have a fist fight to solve a problem. He carries the law in his pocket on a car. He showed the police the law and that's why they didn't intervene because they had no legal authority.
