This will never happen because too many, especially here, are bamboozled and played into petty spite, vindictiveness, and resent the poor struggling to survive.
The elite will pit the middle against the poor, and FOR the corporate elite exploiters. They will bait, propagandize, and manipulate the populace against one another, fighting over crumbs while they steal the cake.
