Are those toys paid off?

There are the toys that are known through manufacturing process, the toys which are little known and not related to current manufacturing process, and the toys which cannot be bought at all. We have all three. Why to buy them from you when you are losing them and Pakistan with Iran already have them for free... Those would be type two weapons at best.
