There is so much stress, I obviously lost it. I've fought tooth and nail in my area for the right to just walk on the beach for a bird that wasn't ever there..... Quoting: Redpaw360 Everyday, it's another fight against closures, taxes, common sense eroded, people on the take. I'm really just trying to fight across multiple fronts, at times I go broke putting effort into advertising against the media who have endless resources from the groups that push these issues. I'm an environmentalist at heart, I believe in using resources as needed as long as we replenish or replant what we take, and I'm all for making areas available to explore, sure some people abuse this and leave trash, deface.... But don't fuck us all over for the actions of a few. Government taxation on the people who get rained on?....really? To fund what exactly?, and to what proven study?, and at what cost to all of us?..... And yet their very building which they sit in, are exempt, their homes are dismissed, their business receive a tax break, their friends are discounted from the tab, ...... At what cost, the lives of those who actually pay the fucking bills. Where are you located? Pacific Northwest. They tried to close the beaches to a snowy plover, to all activities including kite flying and sandcastles claiming that the bird was eventually or COULD migrate to the northern tip of the pacific northwest.... Their proposal was to just ban all foot traffic and humans from the beach.... Funded from earth first, Audubon society, green peace, ..... And all the government workers who backed this, so they could just milk the money I. Study after study for decades..... While people who have lived on the coastlines for decades would lose their homes, business would shut, highways closed to the coast.... In the name of a bird, that doesn't migrate, has numerous genetic traces to major populations across the state and is thriving.... Word of warning, their studies are one sided and are skewed to meet their agenda, leaving out key critical facts.... Like natural predation and lack of migratory history... Arrrgh. We fight together, or we die a slow death by an agency willing to retire on your dime. When does it stop?. They funneled the rain tax away for art projects for the water treatment plants and flowers for decorations.... Those all died, they were annuals. I might as well try drugs, it's the only thing that makes sense and isn't taxed.... Oh shit, it's taxed now in Washington at 15% first year and expected to climb.... My city sells water to over a dozen communities, yet our rates have been going up. We have a combined water/sewer/garbage bill, which comes every 7 weeks. It is right around $100. The garbage rate went up last week by $2 bucks, and we have only once a week pick-up of garbage, and every 2 weeks for recyclables. We have been told that the water/sewer portion of the bill will be going up 200-300% because our sanitary district is in trouble with the EPA, and has to upgrade. |

Back in 2009, the United Kingdom proposed that all paychecks would first go to the government for review before it released to the wage earner. The prospect of the government scrutinizing your paycheck and making their own adjustments went over like a lead balloon. In 2010 the British government changed their tactic to Pay As You Earn (PAYE) where they were exploring the option to move to a system that collects information on PAYE deductions at the time employers pay individuals thus in their words being a real time information system and one step from total government control over your paycheck. In recent years, America has ambled behind the EU looking for new social ways of taxation and citizen control and I wondered if the America had reached the decadence required to foist this upon the American population. A search of the Internet yielded an article from a blogger from the Black Quill & Ink who proposes the same total control over our money. Why would this be a total control over our money, primarily it would be the government reviewing for “correct” tax withholdings and could instill emergency taxes and withholdings at will? There will be lawsuits some the government might lose but old communist obama can always bypass congress with a new law he alone deems to be just. Taken from the HM Revenue & Customs Website: Discussion document on improving the operation of Pay As You Earn (PAYE) [link to customs.hmrc.gov.uk] Coming here? UK Proposes All Paychecks Go to the State First [link to community.aetv.com] Statism in the UK: Paychecks to be preprocessed by the state Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, stressing “the need for employers to provide real-time information to the government so that it can monitor all payments and make a better assessment of whether the correct tax is being paid”, has proposed to modernize the UK’s income tax system. Once employers provide payroll information in real-time, “it further proposes that employers hand over employee salaries to the government first.” [link to libertarianstandard.com] AMERICA’S FUTURE UNDER OBAMA?
