In Ohio this started when LTV steel closed, they used 30% of the municipal water supply. When LTV steel closed and the city’s water usage dropped 30% The water company kept upsizing at the same growth rate they projected a decade before, they spent every penny. Now because the water supply dropped by 30% they raised water rates by 80%.

Conserve, conserve, conserve then when you do they raise rates for lesser usage. Than they find new and creative ways of “feeing” you to death.


That is the simple explanation, leaving out the EPA and world agenda stuff.

My city sells water to over a dozen communities, yet our rates have been going up. We have a combined water/sewer/garbage bill, which comes every 7 weeks. It is right around $100. The garbage rate went up last week by $2 bucks, and we have only once a week pick-up of garbage, and every 2 weeks for recyclables. We have been told that the water/sewer portion of the bill will be going up 200-300% because our sanitary district is in trouble with the EPA, and has to upgrade.

The fact I purchased that book today in hard back makes me laugh. Thank you for the reminder.

Hey, in England, they have a garden hose tax and a screen tax. So if you use a garden hose in your yard, you have to pay tax for that, and if you put screens in your windows, you have to pay a tax for that too. Germany has a dog tax, so if you own a dog, you pay tax on it every year. America needs to adopt these new taxes.

Why would this be a total control over our money, primarily it would be the government reviewing for “correct” tax withholdings and could instill emergency taxes and withholdings at will? There will be lawsuits some the government might lose but old communist obama can always bypass congress with a new law he alone deems to be just.

Two fold on the Screens or flywire as it is called ,falls in to a Vat Tax on plastic and static canvas, it was supposed to be repealed just a few months ago but the UK government changed their minds.



Before that they used to have a window tax that was implemented in 1696 and repealed in 1895. When you look at old buildings and realize they were charged per window you realize why many times the side walls never had windows or windows were bricked up. That tax shaped the architectural landscape of the entire country to this day even though it was repealed so long ago.

I have said on the Maryland thread and I will say it here...those of us who pay taxes are being taxed to death so that politicians and keep giving free stuff away to those who do NOT pay any taxes.

The politician uses our money to buy votes and then turns around and taxes us some more.

We who make this country work no longer have any representation in our state houses or Washington DC....
