IF he is on meth,which I can agree with,for I also have seen the effects of meth addicts.As I am in law enforcement,and also the medical field.The need to write down their "revelations"is common.I don't doubt that demons are revealing things,some truths,to you,but satan is a master of deceit. I will be praying for you,as indeed you have demonic darkness surrounding you.Fall on your knees,and claim the blood of Jesus as you confess your sins to Him,get away from all that,and do not ever return.Follow the Love and Will of God only.
