The "corporate bailouts" were necessary because there had been a $550 Billion run on our dollar and our money market funds. THAT'S what started the need for bailouts. We were literally 24-48 hours from total implosion if they didn't act fast. We were victims of 'economic terrorism' from outside the U.S. A country(ies) decided to sell massive amounts of U.S. $ and treasuries. Our credit markets froze instantly. We were in real trouble.

This is just about the most classless President I have even seen. I thought it would be hard to sink lower then LBJ.

Well, except for the fact that he can "robo-sign" any and all bills, executive orders, etc. while he is out of the country so he doesn't have to give anyone an explanation. I think that is the purpose of his buying that 35-million-dollar mansion in Hawaii - he can basically hide out there and play golf all day, hang out with his choom gang, and never need to set foot on the Mainland again. I'm sure that all of his Czars can run the country handily, and they're just dying to do it too. Heck, he's probably figured out some sort of weasely lawyer loop-hole so that the US Taxpayers will end up paying for his damned mansion.
