Enough states can dismantle it and form another one. This is true. I only exists because of the states, it in the advent it is not the government that suits the states or the people, because of many different reasons, one would be the will of the governed have been trampled on, taxation without representation, an over stepping of federal power into state rights and out of controlled judicial system and more.
