Not so much the traffic part of it, but just as a metaphor. Most people can relate to cars. Maybe if we all flowed nicely, there would be less wrecks.

How to merge: 1) Drive slower than the traffic you are merging into. 2) Pull out into the faster quickly. 3) Wedge your car into an open space 1/3 the size of your car. The asshole behind will slow down or veer off onto the shoulder making the hole big enough. 4) Flip the asshole behind the bird to complete the maneuver.
