From the looks of this page, someone in Virginia caught a pic of a pretty good sized meteor: [ link to spaceweather.com] I think that pick says 8 am, or so, what time aprox did this explosion take place this morning? I'm not sure if the time on the pictures is the exact time they saw the meteor, or if it's the time they uploaded the picture. Awesome images! I don't know guys, there isn't a crater, I think there would be a crater if it were a meteor that hit ground. Though from the video and images on the thread, from looking at the space between all the houses & the size of all the houses, doesn't it look like there should be another house between the two? Not sure if I'm just seeing things. But to me it looks like the two houses on either side have damage to the sides facing where this house should be and that the house that I think should be in the middle was disintegrated (just small pieces). Are my eyes tricking me? I agree, there was a house (or empty lot otherwise) in between, all gone now.
