It is closed down. It closed down during the 80's. They do have another experimentation going on, but you'll endure some weird side effects. Mostly genetic experiments and mixing your DNA with things.

Mike Tyson was the last person I know part of the 1980's experiments. Dealing with mixing animals with humans to create the perfect weapon for war. Mike was a failed project. He retained his child like personality, while retaining his animal instinct. He is 40% animal mixed with human.

I am a realist.

And I have yet to see any evidence in the physical real world that would suggest that.

The thing about Power is that no one is willing to share it.

So if you understand that concept and the fact that most humans in Power have some type of personality trait which caused them to seek Power in the first place, you will also understand that these people in power protect their power at all costs.

People want to control their experience on this planet. And rightfully so.

However, an independent honest voice is rare and much needed in this world.

And however that fits into the current structure of power, only Time will tell.

Making the trigger delivery appear "unknowingly" is a huge part of the effectiveness of the trigger. Nondisclosure is the name of the game in mind control. That's why call back and suicide triggers often consist of common phrases (i.e.: you will find me, we miss you, we love you, where have you been? etc). The point is to seem innocuous to the outside world and the unsuspecting MC slave.

Plausible deniability keeps these f'kers running around the free world, wreaking havoc on humanity, laughing in your face that they're getting away with it.

I am over 90% sure.

And the poster Six Six Six spent over six months in private messages trying to insert triggers, leading me on, etc.

I played along because that is what I do.

To see how you wanted to direct the conversation and learn the techniques you would try. And to also witness how far you wanted to push the narrative.
