Here is a little known factoid. The "founding fathers" were great guys. They signed the constitution because they just loved themselves some freedom. Actually, many of them spent a good while conniving land scrips out of the hands of their resource starved owners. With no string central government they were not worth much. But with the signing of the Constitution and the creation of strong central government those scrips were worth a fortune. Insider trading of a sort.
