As of Saturday November 10, 2012, 15 States have petitioned the Obama Administration for withdrawal from the United States of America in order to create its own government. Read More Here: [ link to www.examiner.com] Shouldn't the title be; "Some people living in 15 states have created petitions on a website in the hope that their states will secede"? The states themselves have not made any such request. The State Governments can Create Petitions.
