i will inform you now that there is such thing as xx male and xy female.

If you are implying that transexuality is anything but a medical condition that causes a female to be born in the incorrect body

or for a male to be born in an incorrect body then I must invoke some realism.

Intersexed conditions are variable, CAH, Klienfelters, Hyperspadias are physical abnormalities with on occasion brain abnormalities. Just because Transexuality is diagnosed at birth yet it doesn't make it any less real.
